Submission Rules

In order to have your advertisement included in The Business List, there are a few rules you need to abide by. Failure to comply with these rules may mean that your advertisement is removed from the directory.

• Duplicate Advertisements Do not add multiple advertisements for the same business in order to gain a greater presence in the directory.
• Inappropriate LanguageObscene or otherwise inappropriate language will cause your advertisement to be deleted.
• Illegal and Questionable ContentWe reserve the right to remove any content we feel promotes services or products that are illegal or indecent. If you want to know if your advertisement is suitable for inclusion before submitting it, then please contact us.
• Link Farms and Spam SitesAny sites deemed to be link farms or spam sites will be removed from the directory.
• Broken URL'sIf your advertisement links to a page that is not available, we may remove the link from your advertisement.
• Illegible ContentIf we find that your advertisement's content does not make sense, we may remove it without notice.
• Automated SubmissionSubmitting advertisements automatically is not permitted.
• SexSites promoting or featuring pornography, prostitution or any form of sex service are not permitted.

Note that we may remove advertisements from our directory without notice. It is our sole decision as to whether an advertisement can be included in the directory or not. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
