Cheam Village Massage

When we are stressed, we tend to tense up our muscles. This tension can build up over time, creating tight spots and making us more susceptible to injuries. Massage releases this tension and gives our minds a welcome chance to let go, leaving the recipient feeling looser, lighter and wonderfully refreshed.

I am trained in Swedish massage, the most well-known form of massage in the Western world, and I have a BTEC in Anatomy, Physiology and Holistic Massage from the Essentials for Health School of Massage in London.
